Limitation of Liability:

AIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of AIA+, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data usage, business opportunities, or anticipated savings. The maximum liability of AIA for any damages related to the use of the AIA+ app shall be restricted to the re-supply of said app.

AIA, as referenced herein, refers to AIA International Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability).
